1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reelbik (the "Services"), including our mobile application, website at https://reelbik.com, and all related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reelbik Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Reelbik," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use Reelbik.
  • If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You must not have been previously suspended or banned from Reelbik.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

3. User Accounts

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Single Account: One person may not maintain multiple accounts. We reserve the right to merge or suspend duplicate accounts.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide truthful information. Impersonation or use of false identities is prohibited.
  • Username: You may not use a username that is offensive, infringes trademarks, or impersonates another person. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post, share, or transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use the platform for spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including intellectual property).
  • Promote or facilitate illegal activities, including drug use, violence, or fraud.
  • Share private information of others without consent (doxxing).

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Reelbik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content on and through the Services.
  • Our Content: All Reelbik branding, interfaces, algorithms, and proprietary content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • User Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and its legality. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove content violating these Terms.
  • Copyright: Respect copyright laws. Do not post content you don't own or have rights to use. We respond to DMCA takedown notices.

6. Job Postings and Applications

  • Job postings must be for genuine, available positions.
  • Employers must provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information.
  • Discriminatory postings based on protected characteristics are strictly prohibited.
  • Employers must not request payment from applicants at any stage.
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate, fraudulent, or misleading listings.
  • Job seekers must provide truthful information in applications.

7. Paid Features and Purchases

  • Certain features may require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change.
  • Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (Google Play, Apple App Store). Their terms apply.
  • Refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policies.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue paid features with reasonable notice.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Services, you consent to our privacy practices.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for legal/regulatory reasons.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, but certain provisions (IP licenses, liability limitations) survive.
  • We are not liable for any loss of content or data upon termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELBIK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reelbik harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
